Marketing Coordinator

Marissa Q. Paine International (MQPI), a small but mighty executive coaching and change management consulting firm with an empowering vision supporting women entrepreneurs, executives, teams and social sector organizations across the globe, is currently expanding and adding to our team! We are looking for a passionate, marketing and communications professional to play a key role in the expansion and fulfillment of our powerful vision with core responsibilities in increasing brand awareness, social engagement, lead generation, cultivation, sales, and client retention.

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator (MC) works with the CEO and coordinates with other team members on a daily basis to guide the public relations and marketing activities of Marissa Q Paine International. Responsibilities are both internal and external, directing and maintaining internal operating procedures and communicating directly with media, clients, and prospective clients, event and podcast producers, vendors and others, as needed. The MC participates in assessing and diagnosing organizational needs relative to marketing and business development and works with the CEO to design and implement strategies that build and maintain relationships with the organization’s ideal audiences and fulfills the company’s long-term vision and mission.

Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a passionate operations professional to serve as a key player in the expansion and fulfillment of our powerful vision with core responsibilities in managing projects, overseeing daily operations, providing customer service and client support, and handling basic HR functions.

Position Summary

The Online Business / Operations Manager (OBOM) works with the CEO and coordinates with other team members on a daily basis to manage, oversee, and guide the operations and administration activities of Marissa Q Paine International. Strong cloud-based technology skills and knowledge of automating online programming is required. Responsibilities are both internal and external, working closely with the TPG team, as well as our clients, vendors, and other business partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for a passionate, marketing and communications professional to play a key role in the expansion and fulfillment of our powerful vision with core responsibilities in increasing brand awareness, social engagement, lead generation, cultivation, sales, and client retention.

Position Summary

The Sales & Marketing Manager (SMM) works with the CEO and coordinates with other team members on a daily basis to guide the public relations, marketing, and sales activities of Marissa Q Paine International. Responsibilities are both internal and external, directing and maintaining internal operating procedures and communicating directly with media, clients, and prospective clients, event and podcast producers, vendors and others, as needed.

As the head of a small marketing department with a variety of functions, the SMM personally handles several responsibilities described in the full description attached.
