At  MQPI  we  take  a  holistic  approach  to  coaching;  focusing  more  on  the  person  than  the  problem so that the end result reveals the heart of the matter and the solution is sustainable  across the myriad of related issues a leader may face over time. This is the teach a (wo)man  to fish philosophy. 

Honoring the ethics and certification standards of the International Coach Federation, we create  a  confidential  space  for  leaders  to  strategize  and  develop  personally and professionally using some of their most vulnerable experiences as real life  case  studies. Coaching  sessions gift leaders with a mirrored glimpse  of  the alignment  (or  misalignment)  between  their  goals,  espoused  values  and  the  impact  of  their  day-to-day  decisions and activities.  

Sometimes the issues brought to coaching are as simple as they seem; more often however,  they are deeper than expected and ever changing.  This is where the real power of coaching  as a shift tool is revealed.  

Coaching is a longer-term partnership than most workshops, conferences or other executive education.  It is  more  reflective  than consulting and  fluid enough  to  respond  to  the pressing needs  of  the  moment while simultaneously holding space for the big picture.
